Your membership subscription is charged on the same date every month to your credit card on file.  Your fee entitles you to the massage benefits that are listed for the membership of your choice.  Massage benefits cannot be refunded.  Missed massage can be made up at an time while the contract is valid.  Massage benefits expire 30 days after your contract is cancelled.  

It is always best to schedule the next massage when you are in office.  You can also book online, text or call us.  We will work with you to find a convenient time.   Please be courteous and give at least 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule any treatment.  Late Cancellations or No shows will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to the card on file.  

After 90 days you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.  Any unused massages can be used up to 30 days after contract termination.
